Teolita Sicay-Doms
President & CEO

Teo has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting as a finance manager for a major investment bank in New York.
Born in the Philippines, she grew up in Savannah and graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
After moving back to Savannah in 2001, Teo has been heavily involved in real estate and property management and has been actively involved with the Savannah Apartment Association since her arrival.
Teo was the president of Sicay Management, Inc. and served on the board of directors of several Savannah apartment communities.
She continues to be involved with the American Filipino Association.
She received her real estate license in the State of New York in 1999.
She currently holds a Georgia Real Estate Broker's license.

Nick Doms
Chief Financial Officer

Nick has 25 years of experience in international finance and banking as a senior relationship manager and treasurer for institutional clients. He has worked in Europe, Asia, Japan, Australia and the USA.
Nick graduated as a registered Nurse in 1981 and received his degree (Summa cum laude) from the University of Antwerp, Belgium in 1984 with a major in Pre-Med studies.
He received an MBA degree (Summa cum Laude) from the Institute for Business Sciences, Utrecht, The Netherlands in 1987.
Nick graduated from the Dutch Institute for Banking and Securities (NIBE) in 1988 with a dual degree in general banking and international securities.
He is an International Securities Market Association (ISMA) diploma holder and was a registered representative on the EOE, NYSE, AMEX, NASDAQ and Hang Seng exchanges.
Nick received his designation as a Certified Cash Manager in 1997.
